Common questions about IAS, our mission, and how you can be part of this spiritual movement.
According to Hindu mythology, Surya Dev is situated among the constellations to illuminate the three worlds — Heaven (Swarga), Earth (Prithvi), and the underworld (Patala).
The Sun provides light, warmth, and energy, helping sustain life and maintain the cosmic order. His position among the stars also represents his central role in the movement of celestial bodies and the passage of time.
IAS stands for International Awareness for the Sun. We are a spiritual movement focused on awakening consciousness, discipline, and truth in individuals. We're not just about rituals—we're about learning from the Sun's eternal wisdom and applying its principles of discipline, equality, and selfless service to our daily lives.
The Endless Surya Hawan is a continuous fire ceremony that will burn for generations, symbolizing consistency and commitment. Located on sacred land where three holy trees (Baragad, Peepal, and Bared) grow together, it serves not just as a ritual but as a center for Vedic education, cultural preservation, and spiritual tourism. We chose this over building a temple because it serves devotion, learning, culture, and future generations simultaneously.
Surya Sena is a disciplined group of individuals who stand for truth and righteousness. It's not about power or force—it's about responsibility, service, and protection. Members focus on physical fitness, mental discipline, spiritual awareness, and community service. To join, you need commitment to these values and willingness to serve society with courage and integrity.
Our 7-Day Yagyas are conducted at various locations to spread spiritual healing and unity. These events include fire ceremonies, Vedic teachings, meditation sessions, and community service. You can participate by attending the ceremonies, volunteering in organization, or supporting with resources. Check our events calendar or contact us to know about upcoming Yagyas in your area.
While IAS draws from the rich wisdom of Sanatan Dharma and Vedic traditions, our focus is on universal principles that the Sun teaches—discipline, equality, and selfless service. These values transcend religious boundaries and can be embraced by anyone seeking conscious living, spiritual growth, and social responsibility.
